Mangia & Co

A lovely Italian restaurant conveniently located near St Peters station. We had a wondeful dining experience here, kudos to the friendly staff.

We started off the meal with some warm & crunchy potato croquettes, these were cooked perfectly.

The chicken was cooked in a wood-fired which I've never seen before. The chicken had a charred taste to it and the veggies soaked up all the delicious flavours. ⠀

The pizza dough was so soft and chewy. I don't know what exactly was in it but they used a white sauce as opposed to the classic red sauce you normally see. Our pizza had a really strong cheese flavour and the salami was super tasty. They were balanced by rocket and mushrooms. I was so full but we had to finish it 😜⠀

The poached pear was so stunning, a perfect way to end the meal. It was full of sweetness with a bit of a kick from the cinammon.
