Such an amazing job with creatively blending flavours. We got the set menu which was $80 per person. The menu changes regularly but I'm sure it'd be just as amazing as the one we tried.
Probably one of the fanciest Korean meals I've had. We had the classic Korean fried chicken which was covered in a delicious marinade. I was introduced to some new flavours in this menu and was in awe of the presentation of some dishes.
We started our meal with an array of classic korean side dishes. The tofu was really tasty. ⠀
The very first bite of the kingfish impressed me because it was bursting with flavour and spice. I loved the crispy rice.⠀
When we were served the Saewoo Jang, I was in awe of the presentation. The flavours were incredible, I loved the spiciness.
As soon as I read the menu, I was excited for the fried chicken. This certainly did not disappoint because it tasted amazing. The crispiness and sauce was impeccable.
The most refreshing part of the meal was the yassam. It was an interesting dish because there was a mix of sweetness, sourness and crunchiness. I've never had pear in my dinner.
The oxtail had so much flavour, the seasoning was on point.
The stone pot were also really yummy.
We finished off our meal with ice cream. Mugwort was a new flavour for me, it tasted like tea. I enjoyed the inclusion salted chocolate which added a new texture.
