Atlas Dining

Melbourne240 for two

This is such a creative and fun dining concept. Every season, Atlas Dining changes its cusine and transports you to a different country through taste,

This summer season you can travel to Cuba. I personally haven’t tried Cuban food besides a cuban sandwich.

The five-course meal is $100 per person. We also ordered a Cuba Libre each ($21) which was a mix of Havan Club Cuban Spiced Rum, Falernum Syrup, Lime & Cola.

We started off with the snapper and the mix of flavours and textures were wonderful.

In typical fine dining fashion, we had a deconstructed cubano. I really enjoyed the bread and the smokey flavours in the meat.

I wish I could have more of the octopus. The flavours were so unique, I loved the sweet corn puree and bbq guava.

The smoked chicken really stood out because it was so juicy and flavourful. The tapioca was an unexpected surprise, it was a little cheesy too. Also, I’ve never had a grilled avo.

The pineapple cake was a wonderful way to end, it was so refreshing!
